Desire, Ability and Knowledge are the three integral parts of any fitness program. I
firmly believe that many people who practice some type of fitness program have the desire and
ability but may not have the knowledge necessary to promote the most significant
change possible for the amount of effort applied. My experience in personal training dates back
over twenty years and i'm currently certified with (list associations). My primary goal as your
personal trainer is to help you achieve your fitness goals. My second goal is to help you attain a trinina
level that allows you to maintain the desire, ability and knowledge necessary for independent
fitness training. If you have found that your training program is not showing the results
you are seeking, I have the knowledge, desire and ability to help you attain your goal!
